# Umfragen

Mit **Umfragen** lassen sich Meinungen, Feedback oder Stimmungsbilder eurer Nutzer:innen einholen – von einer einzelnen Frage bis zu mehreren Fragen mit eigenen Antwortmöglichkeiten.

## 📌 Basisdaten

* **Titel**, **Bilder**, **Beschreibung** (Rich-Text, mehrsprachig)
* **Teilnahmepunkte** – Treuepunkte für die Teilnahme (nur bei aktivem Treueprogramm)
* **Ergebnisse anzeigen** – ob Teilnehmer:innen die Gesamtauswertung sehen
* **Übersetzung aktivieren**

## ❓ Fragen & Antworten

Mehrere Fragen pro Umfrage werden erst ab App-Version 1.3.0 unterstützt. Für ältere App-Versionen nur eine einzelne Frage mit Antwortmöglichkeiten verwenden (Bereich „Antworten“ weiter unten).

Pro Frage:

* **Fragetext** (Pflichtfeld)
* **Mehrfachantwort erlaubt** – ob mehr als eine Antwort ausgewählt werden darf
* **Editierbar** – ob die Antwort nachträglich geändert werden darf
* **Antworten** – frei definierbare Antwortmöglichkeiten je Frage, inkl. Live-Ergebnis-Diagramm

## 📊 Auswertung

Zu jeder Frage (bzw. bei einfachen Umfragen zur gesamten Umfrage) wird ein Ergebnis-Diagramm angezeigt.

## 💡 Best Practices

* **Kurze, eindeutige Fragen formulieren** – erhöht die Teilnahmequote.
* **Teilnahmepunkte als Anreiz nutzen**, wenn das Treueprogramm aktiv ist.
* **Mehrfachantwort nur aktivieren, wenn inhaltlich sinnvoll** (z. B. „Was gefällt dir?“ statt Ja/Nein-Fragen).
