# Veranstaltungen

B. „Halle A – Messezentrum“).    |
| **Adresse** | Vollständige Adresse zur Anzeige in Maps & Orientierung für Nutzer:innen. |
| **Breitengrad & Längengrad** | GPS-Koordinaten für genaue Lokalisierung und **Check-in-Erkennung**.                |
| **Beschreibung** | Detaillierte Infos zur Veranstaltung: Inhalte, Highlights, besondere Hinweise etc. |

### 🛰️ Check-in Funktionalität

| Einstellung            | Beschreibung                                                                                                                                                        |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

### 📅 Zeitliche Steuerung

| Feld                       | Beschreibung                    |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------- |
| **Startdatum / Startzeit** | Wann die Veranstaltung beginnt. |
| **Enddatum / Endzeit** | Wann die Veranstaltung endet. |

{% hint style="info" %}
{% endhint %}

### 🎟️ Ticketsystem (optional, Shop-Modul erforderlich)

* **Bestehendes Ticket verknüpfen** – über die Dropdown-Suche lässt sich ein bereits vorhandenes Produkt vom Typ „Ticket“ mit der Veranstaltung verbinden.
* **„Ticket erstellen“** – legt automatisch ein neues Produkt vom Typ „Ticket“ an, vorausgefüllt mit Name, Bildern, Beschreibung, Startdatum (als Verfügbarkeits-Enddatum) und maximaler Teilnehmerzahl (als Menge) der Veranstaltung. Danach öffnet sich direkt die Produktbearbeitung, um z. B. Preis und Lagerbestand zu ergänzen.

{% hint style="info" %}
{% endhint %}

### 🎯 Filter & Segmentierung

Veranstaltungen unterstützen **alle standardmäßigen Filterfunktionen**:

* Segment-Zuordnung (z. B. nur sichtbar für VIPs)
* Ausschluss von Zielgruppen
* Client-basierte Steuerung (bei Multi-Brand-Apps)

👉 Siehe: [Filter & Zielgruppenaussteuerung](/pocketshop-docs/personen/filter-and-zielgruppenaussteuerung.md)

### ✅ Best Practices

* **Check-in + Belohnung kombinieren**: Erhöht Anreiz zur Teilnahme
* **Großflächige Events = größerer Radius** (z. B. 500 m bei Outdoor-Events)
* **Segmentiert ausspielen**, z. B. spezielle Events nur für Stammkund:innen
* **Zeitfenster genau definieren**, damit Check-ins nicht zu früh/spät erfolgen
* **Event mit Push-Kampagne kombinieren**, um Besucher:innen rechtzeitig zu erinnern

{% hint style="info" %}
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://pocketshop.gitbook.io/pocketshop-docs/inhalte/veranstaltungen.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
